Can you print in full color? Will this cost me more?

Full color printing is our standard and does not cost extra. We have invested in state of the art digital printing equipment that has been professionally color calibrated to each media upon which we print. This calibration process ensures we hit your desired color the first time, every time.

Which types of art files are best to send? What email address should I send it to?

All artwork is reviewed prior to production. Depending on the size of your file, you can either email it to info@rebelgraphix.com or share via a dropbox link.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Our highly trained graphics department can take your ideas and bring them to life. We also partner up with local ad agencies that can assist in the process of both design and branding. These services would be custom quoted for your convenience.

How do I know how much the project will cost? How do I get an estimate?

Simply request a quote on your project and an estimate will be emailed or faxed to you. You may send inquiries to sales@rebelgraphix.com

How do I submit an order?

Orders are taken a couple of ways, depending on the complexity of the project. Some orders can simply be emailed to orders@rebelgraphix.com. Other orders require site visits and consultations from our sales team. Give us a call to discuss your project and the best way to proceed with your orders.

Will I be sent a proof?

We proof all orders prior to producing to ensure the finished product will be exactly as you envisioned.

What forms or payments are accepted? How will I be billed?

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. You may also fill out a credit application to get set up on terms. Rebel Credit Application

Is there a minimum order size?

We have no minimum order. However small your order, we will treat it the same way as your largest order. We are small enough to care and large enough to get the job done. Send in your request and we will gladly take care of it, no matter how small.

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the scope of the project. From the initiation of the order to its completion, we strive to complete your project in the shortest possible time. Our internal tracking procedures keep your project on track to meet your deadline.

Do you offer products not listed?

We offer a wide range of products and services that may not be listed on our website. If you don’t see it on our website, call or email our sales department. If we don’t offer it, we more than likely know someone who does. We want to be your partner, not just your sign supplier.

What is your return policy?

The majority of the products we make are custom made, therefore are not subject to return. We go through an extensive proofing process to assure you get exactly what you need.
